Profusely illustrated in colour.
All stamps listed including any differences in design, face value, colour, watermark (different watermarks, but not inverted or sideways variations), perforation, plate numbers, and basic phosphor variations.
A new feature in this edition is an alphabetic index of designs, in addition to last year's addition (though only 1½ pages) of a list of numismatic covers issued by Royal Mail and the Royal Mint between 1993 and 2006.
