| Estimates;
one part of the auction is largely without estimates.
We are however keeping a list of approximate estimates, and of current
starting prices. This
is an excel document, which can be viewed by clicking here. This
list will be updated as suitable, and any of the prices on it may
change - estimates as well as starting prices. Remember - starting prices are not necessarily the top bids - lots may sell at that price, or for more. Please do not ask us questions such as "What would the starting price be if I put in a bid of £xxx ?" |

Many of the three-dimensional lots can be seen by following the links
that follow. Please note that in some cases there is a single image for one lot; in some cases there may be (for example) four items in the one lot and these might appear in two separate pictures; and in some instances one single picture might show items which are in two or more lots. This is because much of this work was done in advance for us, but before the property had been lotted. Hopefully the list here will make it quite clear. Also be aware that some items are pictured front and back, so have two images. Some further lots may yet be added to this list, and we are willing to consider adding more if requested.
